In this section you can explore the important aspects related to the world of work. What does does decent work include? What are your rights?

In this section, you will find training material in order to improve your knowledge on specific themes: migration, youth entrepreneurship, youth in informality and the youth employment crisis. You will discover the main questions of each theme with the information documents, deepen your knowledge with the online learning modules and have access to methodological guides either for your personal use or for the implementation of training workshops in your community.

The Model ILO section allows young participants to learn more, in an interactive way, about the structure, organization and functioning of the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the International Labour Conference (ILC). Through educational resources such as background notes, interactive modules and quizzes, participants can get a better understanding of the ILO-CIT Simulation.

The toolkit offers the complete "How to Guide" for any organisation wishing to implement a challenge fund that creates jobs through entrepreneurship and builds the capacity of local actors to do so.
